Coffee with Stories in Nepal for Education

In my opinion, everybody is a storyteller. Everyone has stories, but did you tell it or write it or nothing. This is only the matter. Well, I have stories and I tell stories for money. Money for charity that sends children to the school and stops dropout. I have been doing it for years and I have some wonderful results.

Coffee with Stories in Nepal is my mission to raise money for the students from marginalized communities, or let’s say, those parents who find it really tough to pay for the schooling of their children, we pay for them. There the money goes. This coffee with stories is very strong that makes children go to school. You hear my story, means you may for it and it sends children to school. Coffee accompanies during the storytelling.

With Family Suppers

In fact, I was doing community charities for years and this idea came when my wonderful friends Paul, Rosika and Heinz were in Nepal for the trek. We were going to trek for a few days and we were sitting in a bakery. I shared my idea about Coffee with Stories. We drank coffee and later paid paid me for the story. This mission, I continued on every trip I organize and I have been successful to collect funds for the children. For this, I have created a Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/handsoffriendsnepal/ to show the people who heard my stories and pay for it about the use of that money. It goes for the students in Dhading and Gorkha mainly because I know the children who needed help there.

With Ineke, Yvette and Annelies

I continued it with the many other friends. Ineke, Yvette and Anneliese paid for my stories. Family Bowman from Australia, Adelheid from Germany and many other people have participated in this mission. After all, you will see how effective the payment for Coffee with Stories has become.

They received a direct support

It’s a mission to send children to school more easily. Also, it’s a direct support. You may drink coffee with stories and take participation. Why not supporting at least a student for a year in 50 euro? Or less amount, it does not matter.
